DAY PROGRAM
Seeking intensive therapeutic support while maintaining your independence? Horizon’s Day Program offers a structured pathway to recovery in the heart of Bangkok. Our program bridges the gap between residential treatment and traditional outpatient care, providing comprehensive support during daytime hours while allowing you to return home each evening.
Program Details:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Duration: 20-day intensive program
Small group setting: Maximum 4 clients
English-speaking environment
Your daily experience includes:
Process group therapy sessions
Daily yoga or mindfulness practices
Informative psychoeducation workshops
Two individual counseling sessions per week

PROGRAM DETAILS
After a client is deemed stable for therapy, they will receives one-on-one counseling sessions with a qualified therapist at least twice a week. These sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to explore personal challenges, set goals, and work through the emotional aspects of recovery.
Group therapy is a cornerstone of our program, offering clients the opportunity to share experiences, learn from others, and build a supportive community. Over the course of 30 days, the client will have daily weekday group sessions where they can gain valuable insights and coping strategies for sustained recovery.
Our mindfulness groups teach clients techniques for managing stress, enhancing self-awareness, and cultivating a sense of calm. These bi-weekly sessions integrate practices such as meditation, breathing exercises, and grounding techniques to support emotional regulation.
Yoga and singing bowls is an integral part of our holistic approach to healing. Through tri-weekly guided sessions, clients improve physical well-being, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity, fostering a sense of balance and inner peace.
Knowledge is power. Our psychoeducation groups provide clients with insights into the nature of addiction, mental health, and recovery. Scheduled 3 times a week, clients learn essential tools and strategies to support long-term well-being.
Art therapy offers a creative outlet for self-expression and emotional processing. These weekly sessions allow clients to explore their thoughts and feelings through various artistic mediums, promoting healing and self-discovery.
Through music therapy, clients engage with rhythm and melody to access emotions and improve mood. These weekly sessions create a dynamic, enjoyable way to explore feelings and strengthen emotional resilience.
Relaxation and physical recovery are supported through bi-weekly therapeutic massage sessions. These treatments help relieve stress, improve circulation, and promote physical and emotional well-being.
At Horizon, your health and safety are our priority. Our nursing staff is available around the clock, and we are located on the premises of Burana Hospital, which offers a 24-hour emergency room. You can rest assured that expert medical care is always within reach.
