Jenny has more than 7 years of varied experience working with clients of all ages with a variety of issues. She has worked with individuals, families, couples, adolescents, and children to address a wide range of issues, including addiction, stress, burnout, anxiety disorders, depression, relationship/marital difficulties, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and autism spectrum disorder. Jenny specializes in working with young clients, providing support and creating a safe environment for their development

She uses a person-centered and holistic approach when working with her clients and integrates a range of therapeutic modalities to assist them in reaching their full potential. Her primary approaches include behavioral therapy, CBT, and DBT. Jenny is passionate about fitness, self-care, and helping others achieve personal growth and wellness.
