Harjinder understands that no two people have the same body of life experiences or behavioral paradigms as the next person. However, what is common in every person is the possibility for resiliency and the inherent ability to move past crises, overcome roadblocks, and find their pathway to recovery.

She has worked in varied settings, such as schools, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, clinics, and private practice over 7 years. Harjinder’s projective, progressive yet compassionate and holistic techniques have brought her to assist a great number of clients who have felt stuck or have experienced trouble navigating their lives and relationships. She’s worked with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress management, grief & loss, adjustment issues survivors of sexual abuse, trauma, dual diagnosis, and also worked with families and couples. She has a particular interest in Trauma, PTSD, and Addiction treatment and recovery

Along with a Masters degree in Psychotherapy and Counseling in her bag, she carries an ensemble of specialized training, including Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT); Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) & Mindfulness Cognitive Behavior Therapy (MCBT); Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP); Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Self-Compassion, and Somatic Mindfulness; Complex PTSD and Trauma (CCTP-II), to name a few.
