Craig Gagnon is a Counseling Psychologist and addiction specialist who has worked in the mental health field for 33 years. Craig completed his graduate and post-graduate studies in the USA and has been working in SE Asia since 2009. Craig has held literally every clinical position in addiction rehabs, from entry-level support worker to Clinical Director of several successful addiction rehabs. Craig is often referred to as Thailand’s leading expert in addiction treatment and ex-pat mental health issues, and he often consults with the private sector, embassies, and the United Nations.

Craig developed the Horizon Rehab program based on both evidence-based theories and on real-life experience. Having been a rehab client in the ’80s, Craig is able to see “both sides of the fence”.
